[AADC] Unable to connect to the Synchronization Service 오류 해결 방법

AADC 설치 후 다음과 같은 오류가 발생하는 경우 해결할 수 있는 방법입니다.

Unable to connect to the Synchronization Service.

​Some possible reasons are:

1) The service is not started.

2) Your account is not a member of a required security group.

이 오류는 어떠한 이유로 Microsoft Azure AD Sync 서비스가 실행되지 않은 경우,

또는 로그인한 계정이 AADC가 설치된 로컬의 ADSyncAdmins 그룹에 포함되지 않은 경우 발생합니다.

​해결 방법은 간단합니다.

1. Services.msc > Microsoft Azure AD Sync 서비스를 실행 및 다시 시작하거나,

2. ADSyncAdmins 그룹에 로그인 계정을 추가하고 해당 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 문제가 해결됩니다.
